Here's what we are going to see from the View booking details of your reservations, under Customer view:
You can copy and paste this link to send your guest before the arrival to request the following documents: Passport, ID card (DNI/NIE) or Citizenship Card.
Automatically, based from the number of guests selected from Number of people in your reservation, the check-in form will be created:
For example here you will be able to send 4 check-in forms.
Guests under the age of 14 are not required to check-in.
Your guest can start now to fill all the information required, following the screen and click at the end of the right "Next":
Now they can add the last information required as the document information, and click on "Continue":
They can review all the details and always click on "Back to edit" to update the information.
To send this form, your guest will now click under "I have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions" (here's an example down below) and then on "Save":
The guest will not receive an email after filling in all the information, but they can edit their data in the form directly.
If you have AmenitizPay activated, and the full amount of the reservation is not automated by your payment schedule (example only a 50% is charged at the time of booking), your guest will be invited to complete the payment at the end of the check in process.
This step is optional for your guest, and is not needed to complete the check in.
What do you see now under the booking details in your Amenitiz account?
You can send and fill the online check-in form ONLY 30 days prior to arrival date.
The online check-in form will be expired after all of the guests has checked-in online and after the arrival date.
If you have your property in Italy or Spain, this feature will exclude the online check-in form sent by our partnership in Marketplace with Chekin.
