The confirmation email is automatically sent to the bookings coming from the booking engine. When a booking comes from an OTA, the client will receive the confirmation email from the OTA. When adding a new reservation manually from the Amenitiz extranet, this mail is not sent by default.

Go to > Reservations in the sidebar of your administrator area, select the reservation you wish to access and click on > View booking details:
On the summary of the reservation, click on the three little dots and select > Resend the confirmation to the guests:
