To capture the authorisation, please follow the steps below:
- Go to > Reservations in your Amenitiz administrator area left sidebar.
- Click on > View booking details of the reservation
- Go in the Payment section,and click on the three little dots under options and click on > Capture
- You will be able to charge the amount you want from this authorisation.
If the authorisation has been created more than 7 days before, then it will be released automatically after 7 days and you will not be able to capture it anymore.
The authorisation will have a "Captured" status. If it is "Failed" it means that the authorisation could not be held (for example: insufficient funds, ..).
