Anytime a guest is sending you a message through Booking.com, messages will appear in your reservations.
You will have the notification of these new messages here:
To see and answer it, you can click on the notification or go into the reservation and click on "Inbox":
You will see all the messages exchanged between your Booking.com guest and you, and you can answer your client with text.
If the message "This conversation is disabled" appears, it means this reservation doesn't come from Booking.com so you cannot use this feature. -
To chat with your Booking.com guests from the application, click on the reservation from the Calendar or Activity tab, and then on "Inbox":
